Frequently Asked Questions about the  Horror Drive-Thru

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE TICKETS OR CAN WE BUY ONSITE?

At this time, Drive-Thru tickets MUST be purchased online. NOTE: The Add-On Bundles do NOT include a Drive-Thru ticket. Each car MUST HAVE a Drive-Thru ticket to enter the event. The price for a Drive-Thru ticket is PER CAR (not per person). 

 

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

Tickets are not refundable, unless in the case of a canceled event.

SPEED LIMIT

The speed limit is 3 mph. 

 

CAN WE HAVE PEOPLE IN OUR TRUCK BED?

No. Everyone will need to be inside of the vehicle.

 

CAN WE PULL A TRAILER IN THE EVENT?

No. Trailers will not be allowed in the Drive-Thru.

 

‍DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

‍Yes, we accept all major credit cards. There will not be a point of sale on-site. All sales have to be made online before arrival at the event. 

 

IS ALCOHOL PERMITTED?

Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS?

No cash payments for Drive-Thru merchandise. Drive-Thru Tickets must be purchased online in advance.

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO BRING LARGE GROUPS OF PEOPLE IN A VAN OR BUS? 

You must purchase a special large vehicle ticket for a vehicle that seats more than 6 people. The restrictions for large vehicles are as follows: The vehicle must be less than 19 feet in length and less than 10 feet in height. If you are interested in purchasing a large vehicle ticket, then please contact us. 

 

DO YOU DRIVE IN YOUR OWN VEHICLE? CAN WE RENT A SHUTTLE OR GOLF -CART?

Guests must travel through in the comfort of their own vehicle. All guests in their car require are required to wear a seatbelt. No rentals will be provided.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE DRIVE-THRU TAKE?

‍The experience will last approximately 30 min.

 

SINCE I AM IN MY VEHICLE, WILL I BE ALLOWED TO SMOKE?

‍Smoking of any kind is not allowed while touring the exhibit.

 

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

‍Yes, you are more than welcome to bring along your furry friends. Pets and people must remain in their vehicles.

‍ONCE WE EXIT THE DRIVE-THRU, CAN WE COME BACK THE SAME DAY?

‍Guests may not return after exiting the drive-thru on the same day without paying admission again. Tickets expire once guests exit the Drive-Thru.

 

WE CAME WHEN THE WEATHER WASN’T IDEAL, CAN WE GET OUR MONEY BACK?

‍We do not offer any refunds due to inclement weather. If the weather limits visibility and is to the point where we cannot operate or provide a less than enjoyable experience, we will reschedule your tickets for a different date.

TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO GO TO THE RESTROOM?

For everyone’s safety, all guests must remain in their cars for the duration of the experience. There are no public bathrooms on-site. Please plan to use the bathroom before arriving. 

 

ARE ACTORS ALLOWED TO APPROACH THE CARS?

Actors are allowed to approach your car while in a safely parked position, and it might be possible they touch your car.  All material is deemed safe for car finishes and can be easily removed with an ammonia-based cleaner such as Windex. We are not responsible for any damages.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER?

​If weather conditions are not favorable, we may delay entrance to Haunt Drive. If the events are canceled due to a pending hurricane or severe tropical storm, we will contact ticket holders directly and offer to reschedule their visit.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY VISIT?

​All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
