Terms and conditions

  1. Placement of order(s) for the ticket(s) indicates your acceptance of all The Horrorland Ticket Purchase Terms of Service, and the following conditions, which include, but are not limited to:

    • All Guests are required to wear a face covering if not fully vaccinated.

    • WEATHER - We are an outdoor attraction. Therefore, we cannot control the weather, and in the unlikely event that the weather forces The Horrorland to close for the evening, all existing reservations can be used on any other evening for the remainder of our current season or select evenings the following year. All patrons acknowledge and accept that reservations/tickets must be rescheduled... there are NO REFUNDS!

    • ALL GUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH

    • NO CIGARETTES, LIGHTERS, VAPING, OR E-CIGARETTES

    • NO FOOD OR DRINKS

    • NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND

    • NO BACKPACKS OR LARGE BAGS

    • NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS, or LIVE STREAMING

    • NO RUNNING

    • The Horrorland reserves the right to declare a specific ticket time or entire evening SOLD OUT.

    • I agree to and expect extended wait times on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings in October.

    • Tickets obtained from sources other than The Horrolrland run the risk of being counterfeit and may not be honored.

    • No High Heels or Flip Flop footwear allowed.

    • All patrons acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted our terms, policies, and disclaimers. We reserve the right to amend such as the need arises and without prior notice.

  2. Christmas Square group d/b/a The Horrorland reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron at any time, for any reason. Your ticket is a revocable license and can be taken with admission refused. All patrons will voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with each and every attraction and agree to release the operator(s), affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction. This is an outdoor attraction that is held in the dark! APPROPRIATE ATTIRE IS REQUIRED. Proper footwear is also required - no high heels or flip-flops allowed! You will experience audio & visual disturbances, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp and/or wet conditions, and encounter uneven walking surfaces in a physically demanding environment. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you should not participate if you are: pregnant; suffer from claustrophobia; are prone to seizures; or have heart, back, or respiratory problems.

  4. All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be cancelled for any reason. NO REFUNDS will be given, in whole or in part, for and not limited to: Acts of God; Pandemic; Terrorism; Inclement weather; or any other circumstance beyond the control of The Horrorland.

  6. Please Note: There is a rescheduling fee of $10.00 plus $0.70 Mimi FL sales tax per ticket to change a ticket date or time. Change subject to availability.

  7. WEATHER

  8. In the event of a weather-related emergency such as sudden severe storms, heavy rains, high winds, and other severe weather conditions, The Horrorland will close temporarily until the danger of inclement weather has passed. As soon as conditions permit safe operation, these attractions will re-open if possible.

  9. As Guest and Employee safety is our number one priority, certain weather circumstances may cause The Horrorland to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all. As soon as closures are confirmed, the website and Facebook will be updated with the current operating status. The Horrorland does not issue rain checks or refunds.

  10. All ticket sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. Program subject to change at any time. If cancellation is without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time, and location of the event. Events are rain or shine,21 and over to drink, and the purchaser agrees to allow unlimited use of any audio or visual content with their image or voice broadcasted or recorded at or around the event venue prior, during, and after the event.  and agree to sign a waiver to acces the event.

  11. Do all members of my group need to complete a waiver before entering the park? Our insurance company requires all guests to complete a waiver before entering our park. Guests under 18 years old must have their parent’s or guardian’s signature on their waiver. Entry into the park without correctly completing a waiver will be considered trespassing. We recommend you complete your waiver ahead of time at Waiver.thehorrorland.com – Do NOT email or mail your waiver to us. Your completed hard copy waiver must be presented in person at the main entrance of the park. Hard copy waivers will also be available on site, but please be aware that completing your waiver on site may delay your entrance into the park. Regardless, we recommend you arrive 30 minutes before the park opens to allow enough time for parking & waiver check in, and to maximize your time at the park.

 

 Ticket entitles one ( 1 ) Guest admission to ( 1 ) 2022. The Horrorland vent night is valid for the selected date only. The Horrorland event Begins at 7:00 pm, and closing times vary.

 

WARNING: THE EVENT MAY BE TOO INTENSE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13. NO COSTUMES OR COSTUME MAKS ALLOWED
